Flate rate or free shipping is available to addresses within the United States and to APO or FPO addresses. Packages will ship via Fedex, UPS, or USPS.
International orders are welcome to most locations in the world. International order shipping rates are quoted during checkout.
To avoid unnecessary returned shipments, please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is returned to our warehouse by a carrier, we will reship the order for a small fee.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed. If you realize that you'd like to add other items to your order, please add those items to a cart and then email us a screenshot of the cart. We will create one additional order for you with no additional shipping charge prior to the shipment of your original order.
Shipping times vary based on the product ordered. Please check shipping time on product pages. Occasionally, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay with your order. If you have questions after checking your order status online, feel free to email customer service.
If the tracking information shows your package being delivered and you can't find the package, be sure to look everywhere. Carriers have been known to leave packages under bushes, inside mailboxes, behind a car, inside the garage, at the back door, behind a doormat and even with the neighbor. We do not re-ship orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
We are closed on weekends and all holidays. Occasionally, we may also close the office due to other circumstances (like weather).
