I never really considered cloth diapering because I had not been exposed to it and I thought it was too hard or less effective than disposable diapering. But, after I saw a friend using bumGenius I got obsessed with the idea of cloth diapering. After a bunch of research I tried the bumGenius one-sized diapers and I LOVE them! I feel so good about using these for my baby and the environment and I will never return to the disposable lifestyle of bags and bags of plastic diaper trash! It was hard for my husband and I to make the initial financial investment, but we are looking forward to saving money in the long run, and we are so happy each time we bundle our babe in these cozy, soft, eco-friendly dipes!

We just recently made the switch from disposable to cloth with our 16 month old (we also have a 3YO, but potty trained), and I am SO very happy w/ the bumGenius 3.0! It was the one and only cloth diaper we tried and I probably won't use anything else! I purchased 18 diapers and so far that is a perfect amount for us. Granted we got a "late start" with cloth diapering, but we'll still save a lot of money in the long run, because we don't have to buy smaller sizes for whenever we have another baby. My husband even approves of these diapers and finds them very easy to put on-they go on just like a disposable. Our 16 month old is very chunky and these fit around her legs very nicely. For the first time in her life (I'm not exaggerating) she does not have a diaper rash!!!

I LOVE the Bum Genius 2.0. I decided to cloth diaper to save money because I wanted to be a stay at home mom. These couldn't have been any easier to use! My husband and mother in law, who were both hesitant to use these at first, absolutly love them now. We use the disaposible liner's , and using these diapers couldn't be any easier. My baby was born early so we had to start out with disbosables, and he had diaper rash all the time. The minute we switched to Bum Genius it went away and we haven't had any diaper rashes since. Also I was worried that the detergent would be expenisive, but we just use natural Arm and Hammer essentionals from walmart and have had no problems washing the diapers. Thank You BUM Genius!!

I have 30 BG 1.0 diapers that have lasted through three children and over two years. I did have to replace the tabs on all of them, but that was a minor adjustment for how much I love these diapers. I'm so excited to receive my new 3.0s! I'm glad they made the waterproof lining on the front of the diaper. We had some issues when we first started using the diapers, but since we bough Melaluca detergent, one ounce gets almost 30 diapers perfectly clean! These have fit my 3 yr old potty trainer, 1.5 yr old, and newborn all perfectly and at the same time! I'm so glad I found an easy one-size system that my husband likes also. We did prefolds and rinsed them in the toilet for our first son. But, now with BG and diaper liners...I NEVER have my hands in a toilet! They are white even after 2 years!! Many of my friends have switched over to cloth after seeing how easy these diapers are! Thanks CottonBabies!

I'm brand new to cloth diapers, and also coming into the game late, since my son is 2 years old now. However, I just purchased the 12 pack of bumGenius and couldn't be more pleased. I love how they are so easy to use, even my husband was sold on them right away! Having 2 inserts included with each diaper was a value-added bonus. I use the regular size insert during the day and one regular plus two of the newborn inserts at night and it works great for my heavy wetter. Bye-bye disposables, HELLO bumGenius! You've made a convert out of me!

We have used these diapers (2.0's) exclusively on our twin boys for 1 year now and can honestly say they are the best pocket diapers out there. We rarely have any leaking problems (especially now that they have the new fabric on the tabs). We double up on inserts at night and they can go 11 hours and man those diapers weigh a couple of pounds in the morning. We had some elastic go out on us and found cotton babies to be super helpful, they replaced the defective ones, but honestly even the ones with shot elastic still dont leak. I dont find it difficult to stuff or remove soiled inserts. We do have some stink from time to time in the winter when we cant air them outside but I think that is par for the course when using synthetic fabrics. The sun is fantastic for getting out any stains and they look brand new after a bit of sunning. That saying EVERY diaper has its share of issues - no diaper is completely perfect! We went through a bit of a soggy period when the boys where about 6 months and at the peak of their liquid intake right before they started solids. I paniced and started trying all the other pockets out there - that's when I learned how good I had it with the BG's. My husband thinks they are awsome and we tell all our friends they should see what new cloth diapering is all about. The initial cost seems large but they will pay themselves off in no time and your babies bum will always be cute and rashfree!

These diapers surpassed my expectations. Even my husband, who was staunchly opposed to cloth diapering, is happy that we bought these diapers. In his words, "They're soft, they don't stink, and they don't leak." What more could I say? We have seven children and my only regret is that we didn't start using these sooner. Think of all the money we could've saved. I bought the 12 pack, bumGenius bamboo wipes, and the waterproof diaper bag. 5 stars all around!

These diapers are fantastic! My husband, mother, and mother-in-law all think they are wonderful and easy to use as well. I also love the one size feature. I am new to cloth diapering, and I was skeptical about one diaper fitting my son, but he is four moths old, and we still do not have a problem with leaking. They stain occasionally, but nothing that a little sun or some BacOut can't handle. I would recommend these to anyone wanting to try Cloth Diapering. Also, for those that are having problems, with leaking, I found that if you go up a size in the diaper, but keep the liner on the smallest size, put the folded end toward the front, it really helps prevent leaks. I will use these for all of my children!!! LOVE THEM!!!

These are the best!!! Even my Husband agrees! We started out using disposable diapers because my daughter was a preemie. The disposables gave her a horrid rash, as soon as she was 8lbs we started on the cloth! No redness at all. These are so easy to clean, we have been using them for over 2 months...not one stain! These have also worked great on overnights (8 hours). Its so great to have a diaper that is so easy to use, trim, and not to mention super cute!!!

I really wanted to cloth diaper when I found out I was having a baby, but my husband was very skeptical. I found these and we gave them a try and he LOVES them. They are so easy to use and care for. Thank you Cotton Babies for making such a great product.

My husband and I absolutely love these diapers! I considered using cloth for my third baby because of my concern for the environment. I was under the impression cloth diapers would include a lot of folding and safety pins, so I went online and did a bit of research and found bumGenius to be one of the best customer reviewed cloth diapers. When I finally recieved my order of bumGenius I loved the way they looked and felt. Now my two month old wears nothing else. They are easy to put on, easy to care for, and my baby has never had even a hint of a rash. I would recomend this diaper to anyone. Great job bumGenius!

I am new to cloth diapering, and these diapers are what makes me a believer that I can do it! My daughter just turned 2, and I am 35 weeks pregnant with #2. I was dreading shelling out another several thousand dollars to diaper a second child, not to mention the horrible environmental imlications of disposables, so I decided to go out on a limb with cloth. I don't know anyone who has used cloth in recent decades, so I scoured the internet, and purchased 4 types of diapers to try. The bumgenius is by far my favorite. They clean so easily, they have not retained odor (as the happy heiney's have), they dry fast compared to the kissaluvs contours, they have less bulk than the fitteds, and even Dad is impresesed with how easy the are to use. I am buying more of these, and I tested them on a friends newborn to be sure they would fit. I am so happy to have found these diapers!

We just started using these diapers about 3 weeks ago with our almost 2 year old son and will definatly use these with his new baby sister in a few weeks when she joins us. My son has never had really solid poops for some reason, but even so I have not had a blow-out mess yet even when we are out on the go! I use the flushable liners and that gets most of the yuck out of the diaper and then just rinse the liner of whatever is left over. I also have not had a problem with staining AT ALL, although I don't let them go for more than 3 days between washings because we don't have that many diapers yet (we are purchasing them as we can afford them). My husband was VERY skeptical at first thinking this was an expensive at home only diaper, but has even come around to liking them except for the poopy ones although to his credit he changes those ones too! We were initially concerned that they might not make it through the night (our son sleeps 11-12 hours at a stretch), but I can tell you that after several weeks this is NOT an issue! We use the regular and the infant insert at night and he's just fine! I can tell you that except for the ocational out of town travel where we won't have laundry facilities or a "dry" camping or backpacking trip, I will never use disposables again! I only wish that I knew about these sooner - they sure make cloth diapering easy!

I was shopping for a daddy/grandma friendly diaper. Every person kept pointing me to BG 3.0. Boy were they ever right! My husband keeps requesting me to buy more of these diapers. My mother (who was scared of cloth diapers when I told her I was going to use them) said she would have kept using cloth if these would have been aroudn when my sisters and I were kids! These are definitly a must have. They are a great fit and a wonderful diaper all around. I recommend them to anyone looking into cloth diapers.

I received my one-size Bum Genius 3.0 diapers in the mail, and boy, did they arrive quickly! I was expecting to have to wait a few weeks, and they were here in less than 7 days! After reading the info that came with the diapers and inspecting them, my husband can now say that he will use cloth 100% on our baby!! I've also enjoyed sharing the info on your website with family who aren't quite believers of cloth! Thank you for your prompt service and free shipping!

I think these are the best diapers out there for heavy wetter at night time. I have tried multiple brands, types and all different configurations and I am soooo happy to have found these. My daughter is 14 months and sleeps upwards of 13-14 hours a night. I use 2 inserts and they are very wet but she is dry and doesn't have a mark on her. Best of all my husband likes them and can put them on facing the right way! Believe me this has been a challenge. I recommend these to anyone who leaves their baby with dad or grandma only to find a disposable on when you pick them up!! thank you

I wanted to use cloth diapers when my 3 year old was a baby, but hated the idea of all the snaps on other brands. We are now expecting our second child very soon and I finally made the switch to bumGenius. Even though it says for use with 7-35 lbs, I have already started using them at night with my 37 lbs. son with success. He is potty trained, so we do not need them during the day. I LOVE the fresh colors and have found that if I do not close the diaper pail, we can easily go a week before it starts to smell. I even touched base with the daycare I plan to use with my newest born, and they said that they would be happy to use my bumGenius diapers, once I gave them a mini demo on how easy they are. I have ranted and raved to EVERYONE I know about how awesome these are! Best part is that my husband also embraces them and is proud of me going green and tells everyone too. I set them in the sun to dry and they look like new. The sun naturally whitens everything. We have not had to deal with BM's yet, but I bought liners too. Let's face it, these are not your Mama's cloth diapers! I wish I had found these when my first son was born! Thank you so much for inventing such a wonderful product!!!

We love BumGenius Diapers! My husband prefers using these over disposables even! He calls them "go diapers" because of how easy they are to use. We will probably use the AIO XS for our next baby just because they will be a little smaller for a newborn. The OS are a little chunky for the itty bitty bums. The BumGenius are very cute and everyone complements us on using cloth. Once we explain how easy they are, several others have decided to go cloth. We rarely have a leak, but usually it is just because the diaper is not fastened snug enough.

These diapers are wonderful! I have both 2.0 and 3.0 and have been using them on my 5 month old daughter for 2 months now. She was a small baby (only 6lbs 9oz at birth) and it took until she was approximately 10lbs to fit in these nicely. These are easy for everyone. My mom, dad and husband all watch the baby for extended periods of time and all are fine with using these. I am a full time working mom and I have no problems keeping up with laundry. I also have front loaders and these wash up great for me. I have about 24 diapers in a 2 day rotation. GREAT product. No leaks even overnight or long periods of time. For less bulk, I'll use newborn inserts. Great product! I just wish there were more colors to choose from!

I started my cloth diapering adventure with covers and prefolds.....they were "ok", but always leaking out the sides and seemed to be too hard for my husband to handle. I ordered one of these..followed by a 12 pack and WOW, these are perfect. They keep the wetness away from my little boy's bum, they hold up all night long (He is 4 months and I'm still using newborn insert....and it is STILL absorbing very well!). I am amazed at how well they do in the laundry and am getting ready to order more. A friend of mine saw how easy they were and ordered her own set. These really are terrific!

After spending $100 the first month on disposables (not to mention the gobs of landfill waste) I decided to switch my daughter to cloth. I really thought it would be an up-hill battle to get my husband and family on board with these, but everyone LOVES them as much as I do. They're easy to care for, easy to use, and easy on the baby! The only down side was that you can't use diaper cream with them, so we cut up a fleece blanket into pieces that fit inside the diaper. The fleece keeps our baby's bottom dry and the cream off the diaper (so far, so good!). I also love the diaper spray, it REALLY cut down on the stinkies! I recommend these to everyone... in the long run you save money, the environment, and your sanity!

My husband and I both love these. Our son took about 3 weeks to fit into them, but during that time we were having problems with leaking. Since we switched to the bumgenius, we have not had one leak. I was worried about having to do laundry everyday, but have found that it's not a bother at all, and is actually kinda nice because I never have to worry about whether or not he has socks clean since I throw his clothes in with the diapers. Also, my husband and I love being outdoors, and are always out hiking, fishing, and camping. These diapers seem to keep him a lot cooler then the disposables our friends use. The only downside is that I wish there were more colors to choose from, but the colors they do have are nice and do stay true through many washings.

I have been using bumGenius one-size diapers exclusively with my daughter for 10 months now and I love them. My husband loves them too. A pregnant friend came over recently and my husband went to show her how easy diaper changes are . . . ! I had a larger than normal baby so we progressed through the sizes by 7 months or so . . . but they still look brand new even after constant use. Allen's naturally detergents is a must and keeps them looking gorgeous and working perfectly. Thanks!

These diapers are AMAZING!! I still cannot get over how easy they are to use. I purchased around 12 before my daughter was born and was gifted 5 more at my shower. When we came home from the hospital the bumgenius one size diapers were too big for her and she was almost 9lbs so i resorted to the disposables that the hospital and friends gave us until she could fit into the bg cloth diapers. she developed a rash almost immediately and we could not figure out what it was from. turns out after 3 weeks of agony we discovered that she is allergic to disposable diapers! and 3 different brands at that!! We put the bg diapers on her and the rash went away literally over night! it didn't just clear up but was gone! i cant say enough good things about these diapers!! My husband even loves them!!!

Love these diapers! I bought 28 of the BG 3.0 diapers throughout my pregnancy (enough to diaper my twins) to help spread out the cost, also I let people know how to purchase them for me as gifts. The first six weeks I used a variety of disposable brands because my babies were preemie and the BG's were too big and I cringed each time I threw a diaper in the trash or when my babies soiled a diaper right after changing because using disposable is litteraly throwing your money away. The first time I put these on my babies it felt so luxurious because they are so soft, so much so that my baby girl (6 weeks) gave a huge smile when I put them on her. They are not that much trouble and even skeptical husband didn't have a problem with them. If you are not afraid of a few extra loads of laundry each week difinatly give them a try. Be sure to follow use and laundering directions and change baby regularly and you will do great.

I LOVE these diapers! My daughter is 7 months old (a premie so only the size of a 3month old) and I only have to use the newborn insert during the day and the bulkier insert at night. No leaks yet and she has had some big messes. My husband will even change these diapers without any problems. Great colors, easy to use and wash, great price, why wouldn't you want to get them?

My husband and I have been debating using cloth diapers ever since our first son was born. He is now a year old and, after seeing a review of the store on a local show (Show Me St. Louis), we decided to check these diapers out. We have been so pleased with our diapers. Our little boy is comfortable in these diapers and they are not as bulky as we were anticipating. We bought 12 of these diapers and plan to purchase more at Christmas time, and use them with our next child, as well. What a savings this would have been for us, had we started out using these! Every time I diaper our little boy, I am constantly reminded of just how much waste I am saving from being put in a landfill, as well as the almost $20 per box of disposables. I would recommend these to anyone...they are AMAZING!!!

As a dad, I really like these diapers. I highly recommend them to anyone. We have had no leaks at all and actually had some leaks with disposables. Obviously we run the washing machine more now, but I really don't seem to notice that much as it seemed like we were always washing clothes anyway. Along with these, I'd highly recommend a flushable liner to catch the solids, that makes all the difference. The only downside to these diapers is that they are expensive, more than it seems they need to be. Compared to disposables though, you'll still come out way ahead. We've never had a problem with diaper rash either, but I think this is different for every baby.

These diapers are the ONLY diapers we will buy. I have tried others and they are the ONLY diapers that my 6 month old son and my 3 year old daughter dont leak through. My daughter only wears them at bedtime however I have tried other cloth diapers on both of them and if I do not change them within an hour or so they will leak through. I know why these ones work so well - its because in the front, the inside waistline it looks like the colored part of the fabric has been folded down so it lies against the childs tummy - this no only in my opion prevents the top of the diaper from folding outward away from the tummy therefore allowing the pee to come out up through the top but it prevents ( because its the PUL liner) the pee from even soaking through. EVERY other kind of diaper does not have this - and so thats why they leak through the pee comes up to the top especially on boys and it leeks out. As much as I would like to have the fun prints of other brands its not worth the leaking out that I have gotten with - Happy Heiny - Rumparooz - Haute and fuzzibunz. By this time I have realized where these makers have made their mistake and I dont need to try any other brands I KNOW from experience what the problem it. These diapers are WONDERFUL. Even my husband agrees and he wasnt sold on the whole idea at first.

I really enjoy using the Bum Genius 3.0. My son is now just about 5 months, and we have used them since he was 5 days old. I was surpised at how well they fit him at 7 lbs- and are still working well with one stap done up at 17 lbs. These are the only diapers I use for nightime- as they do not leak. We use a regular liner and the newborn insert, and do not have any leaks. My husband also likes the BG- and we both appreciate how easy they are to launder. We just place them in the sun and that rids the diaper and inserts of any stains for that messy newborn poop. I reccommend this diaper. :-)

I love these diapers! They are our go to dipes for the babysitter, dad, and grandparents. They are so easy to customize the absorbency, whether for outing or nighttime. I love that both of my children can wear them and I dont have to buy different sizes for them. Also, Cottonbabies Customer Service is wonderful!!!! I had a snap fall off of one of the 3.0's and I sent it back and they sent me a brand new replacement free of charge. I love that! They really do stand behind their products!

I chose to use these diapers as they were initialy the easiest to understand how to use and they were similar to disposables when put together. This made it easier for my husband to continue the diapering process. When we started using them we noticed that our son's bum was not red after just 2 days of use. When we switched to disposables for a trip, the rash returned. We will NOT be using disposables for vacations anymore. We will find a way to use the bG. Also, the odor of urine and poo is held inside the diaper. I used to be able to tell when the diaper needed changed from across the room, but with bG I have to actually check the diaper. Love these diapers for that reason alone!!! The colors are great. They work well with diaper shirts. Son does not have to wear pants to look well-dressed. Really like the darker colors that just came out, too. (Hope to have a girl next time so I can try out the pinks.) I started using these when my son was 3 mos old. My only concern is that they are bigger between the legs than disposables and that may cause a problem for a smaller infant or newborn. (My son was over 8 pounds at birth and there is no way these would have been small enough for him then. I would also like to see them have a style for the umbilicus. These would cover the umbilicus of a newborn.)

I love these diapers. Many people, including my own mother, claimed cloth diapering would be to hard and that in the end I would just use disposables. I received my entire collection at my shower, and everyone's jaw dropped. Things like "Cloth diapers sure have come a long way." and "I wouldn't let my husband dry the car with THESE." were said by my mother's friends. So easy! I am never worried about running out of diapers or having to run to the store for more. I haven't had to use a drop of rash cream on her. My husband has no problem using them. The have the most adorable colors. They aren't bulky, so her regular sized pants fit her just fine. We are saving a TON of $$: by our estimates half the collection has already paid for itself and she is only 7 weeks. I would recommend these to everyone and anyone. And finally: Cotton Babies customer service is amazing!! So happy with this company and their products.

My baby is 5 months old. We've been using BM 3.0 since 1 month because she was 7# at birth. I echo everyone else's sentiments. I'll add that the daycare prefers these to disposables because of fewer blowouts and ease of use. My husband and I work full time or more and I was warned that the amount of laundry would overwhelm me. Not true. I'm washing the diapers plus clothes and blankets in one cycle with an extra rinse and everything looks and smells fine. Again, this in NOT "your mother's cloth diaper".

We are new to the cloth game, so we just bought our 1st set of 3 BG 3.0 just to use for overnight bc our son is such a heavy wetter. After a week, both my husband and I are believers. He seems dryer to the touch, more comfortable, and man they are so stinkin' cute! Our son is 9 months old already and when I think of all the money we have wasted on sposies and DG refills, not to mention the impact on the environment. Well, we are already putting BG 3.0 on our Christmas list for sure! Can't wait for his Grandparents to see these NEW cloth diapers!!

I am a mother of 3 and this is my first time using cloth diapers. I absolutely love these diapers and can't say enough positive things about them. I have several friends who turned me onto these diapers and I am so pleased with them. My husband jumped on board when he saw how easy they are to use. They are as easy to use as disposables and they wash up perfectly! I purchased 24 diapers so I would have a good rotation. I wash them every other day and it works out well!

I am on baby #3, and this is my first go at cloth diapering. I LOVE THESE DIAPERS!!! My husband even loves them, and I thought he'd be a tough sell. They are so convenient, and I love how cute my son looks in them. They work day, night, at home, or away. I'm so glad I bought these BG 3.0 because I'll never have to buy diapers again. I cringe when I think of how much $$ I spent on disposables on my first two kids. Oh well, live and learn!

These diapers are awesome!! And I wish I could post a photo of how adorable my 2-yr.-old boy and my 4-month-old girl look in them!! I have tried several different brands and styles of cloth diapers and these are by far my favorite. My husband as well as many family members who change the kids also think they are pretty cool and easy to use. I did have a stink problem with my 2-yr.old's but I followed the instructions for stripping them, and also switched to Allen's and have had no problems since. Most of my son's diapers still look almost new (just a little pilling on some velcro). And my infant's diapers still look extremely new. She began wearing them around 4 weeks because before then she was too small for them. We dry them outside during nice weather and use the dryer during the winter. They are holding up considerably well considering the activity level of my toddler (as well as the bigger poos). We have never had leaks except for the one time my husband left the diaper on too long. I also have a friend who had been using these diapers for about a year and then decided to switch to Fuzzi Bunz because she was tired of dealing with the velcro and wanted snaps. She sold her BG stash, bought the Fuzzi Bunz, and within a few months sold the FB and bought a new stash of BG 3.0s. I would, and do, recommend these to anyone and everyone!! And Cotton Babies customer service is awesome!!!

I love these diapers! I have been using them for 8 months now and couldn't be happier. My daughter is a heavy wetter so I'm now adding the newborn insert as well for increase absorbancy which works great. My husband is always amazed at how clean they get after they have been washed. I've read some other folks reviews and they mentioned the velcro issue. I am now starting to have that too - at least for mine, the only velcro that is losing some stick is where it sticks for washing...the velcro works great when actually putting on my daughter so it's a slight inconvenience in washing since they stick together but the diaper works fine on my daughter which is all I care about.

My husband and I just recently made the switch to cloth diapers (this is our first child and we used disposables for the first 4 weeks). I did a ton of research to find out which ones were the best... and the easiest and we decided on these because of the reviews I read. We ordered 36 with intention of doing it full time based on other peoples reviews we were told this was the ideal number. We honestly I think would have been okay with just 24 or less! The diapers are wonderful. The first night our daughter was in one for eight hours and though the insert was SOAKED she didnt leak at all. These diapers are very people friendly, espcially for everyone whos used to dealing with only disposables. Ive recommended them to all my friends! My only disappointment is how bulky they are. Our daughter is very long and skinny and they have a tendency to just bulk up. Other than that Im so glad we made the switch. The colors are great and they are just so easy to use and wash!

IT IS POSSIBLE TO CLOTH DIAPER, even if you work full time! We cloth diaper my son part-time because his daycare will not do cloth, and these have worked out perfectly. Both my husband and I have busy demanding jobs (I am a physician), and we use these as our overnight and weekend diapers. I have a stash of about 10, and I only launder them once a week (I also use prorap covers with prefolds for weekends). We have been using these since my son was 2-3 months old, and he is now 1 year old. No leaks! We plan to use these with future children, and I feel better not having huge mounds of trash sitting outside on trash day. My only complaint: I think they run a little on the small side, as my son is about 23 pounds, on the largest setting, and I'm not sure if these will really take us to 35 pounds. But if you're thinking about taking the plunge into cloth diapering, these are worth a try.

Appropriately on Earth Day, I received 9 more BumGenius 3.0 diapers in the limited edition pink/dark pink colors as we are expecting our 2nd daughter in 3 weeks. I am not one to write a review but I just LOVE my diapers. My daughter has been using them for over a year now and she is going to wear the new batch since she is climbing and needs the extra-grippy new Velcro latches. We have 9 blue and 9 green that will continue to work in the rotation, probably for another year, especially with an infant who wonít be as squirmy as my older daughter. If you are in a financial situation that allows you to stay home, you have to have these diapers. Why? No blowouts, husband friendly, CHEAP when you compare to buying disposables over a long period, easy to wash, comfortable, eco-friendly, and super cute. I have voided my warranty by the way I wash them but the whole point is to save money, time, and the environment by using these. Once I go through 9, I wash them in the hot cycle 1x with ľ cup of All Free and Clear liquid. I dry them normally too. They come out clean and fresh and I use a liner (the equivalent to an extra thick piece of toilet paper) for the poop. Thatís it. The white area is discolored a bit but who cares because nobody sees that area. I store dirties in a 13gal. trash bag tied in a slip knot until 9 of one color accumulate then immediately wash. The bag is tossed after a week or 2 or if it gets smelly from all the re-use. Happy Earth Day! I LOVE my diapers!

I purchased 24 of these before my daughter was born, and ended up buying 18 fitted bamboo diapers and 5 thirsties covers for her newborn time because these were way too big. Yes I folded the top down and used the newborn insert, but it was still too big and leaked. My newborn was 6 lbs 12 oz born, and we tried these on her again at 8 lbs with still some leaking at the legs. She finally fit into them at 10lbs without any problems, and we used the regular insert from the start at 10 lbs because she was soaking through the infant one, and now we use the infant insert as a doubler for nap times and bed time, it works wonderful. We have had no leaks since we've used them at 10 lbs except when she started sleeping for 8 hours at night and soaking through the regular insert, and that ended once we added a doubler. These are wonderful diapers, so colorful and no rashes at all (I do use fleece liners), no leaking to worry about, and so easy to use, dad and baby sitters don't complain at all! I now have 30 of these diapers because my daughter is going to day care at 6 months and we are trying cloth diapers at the day care, otherwise 24 was good for washing every other day Hope this helps! Definatly get newborn diapers, these won't work unless your newborn is born heavy, like around 10 lbs I'd recommend.

LOVE THESE DIAPERS!!! I am a mom of seven and have used diposies for 6 of my children and decided on my last baby to give cloth a try. I was leary at first not having known many people personally who have used cloth, and no one who had used an AIO cloth diaper. I am so pleased with my Bum Genius 3.0 diapers I am telling EVERYONE i know about them. I would never and I mean never do disposies again. Top things I adore about these diapers? Love the freedom of not having to constantly be aware of how many diapers I have and when I need to make a trip to the store, which by the way is 45 minutes away :) I just pop them in my washer and viola! Love the way they feel, so soft on my baby I am sure it is much more comfortable than any other. I am so impressed with the way these diapers absorb! My husband and I imagined all sorts of nightmare possiblities with cloth and I am happy to report they are far better then any disposie I have ever used at "containment" and absorbtion. I am surprized at just how clean they launder. With a newborn as we all know, there are tons of poo messes and I haven't had any problem with staining :) I highly recommend these to any mom, new to diapering or if you have been diapering for years. As a side note, I read some of the reviews where people may have had a problem with the velcro tabs. I think part of that may be due to improper tab placement on the "laundering" tab when you go to wash. velcro is one of those tricky fibers that doesnt respond well to heat if letf hanging. Be sure to check your tabs before placing in the wash that they are COMPLETELY ATTATCHED on ALL parts to the laundering tab this should help prevent any curling of the velcro fibers. :)

I love this diapers!!! I am a first time mom, and everyone thought I was crazy to go cloth. But I am so happy I did!! My biggest concern at first was time. I work full time, and was not sure if this would work for me. It has not been an issue! My husband even tells everyone how great they are. I have not had any problems what so ever with them.

I love these diapers! I wanted to wait and review them until my baby had worn them for a year, but I love them so much I can't wait! :) We've been using them for almost three months and they are still coming out clean and beautiful every time I wash them. I'm always very careful to follow the washing instructions, but my DD (8yo) dumped a full container of hand sanitizer on one of them (by accident!), and after washing it by itself, it is still good as new (phew!). I had to put baby in disposables for one day when I forgot to get the diapers in the wash, and I hated it. They were rough and uncomfortable on his sensitive skin. I couldn't wait to get him back in his soft bumGenius diapers. (he developed a rash in just one day of the disposables!) My husband likes them too, and they are easy for him to use. Plus, they're cute, and I'm thrilled to save the environment from another 7500 diapers. Wish I would have had these for my older kids! I used a service then, but I like these so much more. Side note...GREAT customer service when I called to ask for help with my new diapers! Thanks!

I LOVE THESE DIAPERS! My husband also loves to use them, they are the best out there. I have also spoken with the customer service department and they are AWESOME! I will continue using BUMGENIUS 3.0 with all my kids and will always buy from Cotton Babies!

We have been using the BG 3.0 for almost a year now. They have held up very well. I am very impressed with how vibrant the colors are, even after countless washes and even bleachings. The inside has few if any stains, and no odors. The hook and loop closures show more wear than the rest of the diapers, but still stick well most of the time. When I notice them not sticking well, I just make sure to dry them in the dryer (not on the line or rack) and the heat helps reset the fibers that make up the hooks and loops, and they are usually almost as good as new. Also using the laundry tabs is very important. I bought 24 diapers (12 white and 12 yellow), so we can use one set while washing the other. THis has worked out really well and made keeping track of the diapers quite easy. We use Charlie Soap to wash and it works well. Also,we used to use a diaper sprayer to clean of poo, but have switched to flushable liners and couldn't be happier! My husband and church nursery workers find this diaper easy to use. Even for people totally new to cloth diapering, these are almost as simple to use as disposables. We will continue to use these for as long as they last us, and will probably but more for subsequent children if needed. Very worth the value and convenience.

My husband and I tried several different things before we settled on bumGenius. We couldn't be happier and neither could our daughter. Easy to use, they stay fresh and clean, and they are so soft! My daughter stays dry and hasn't had a diaper rash since starting these diapers.

I am glad that I listened to the advice of many reviewers and comprised most of our stash with BumGenius. We were able to begin using them on our daughter shortly after her cord fell off because of the trim fit. Also, my husband likes the microfiber inserts the best because they dry quickly on the line. The covers also dry quickly, giving them a fast turn around time. You will not be disappointed with these dipes!

I love my BG and have few complaints other than the inserts acquiring a bit of an odor. I haven't tried bleaching them but all in all they are doing pretty well with the Rockin Green detergent I use. These are the ultimate daycare-friendly diaper so for anyone with lil ones being diapered away from home or with a dad who isn't super comfortable with more complex diapering options these are a great option!

I've never written a review before. I am a full time working mom (50+ hours a week and travel most weeks). I'm also a breastfeeding (very aware of TSA liquid travel restrictions), baby wearing (check out KOKOPX if your DH thinks slings are weird) and yes cloth diapering mother. My husband thought I was crazy when I told him that I was going to commit to this investment and our children's future. I only regret that I didn't offer my first two children this luxury. No leaks (unless I'm irresponsible and it's been hours), and no rash. I make Amazon children as well and my baby is very comfortable. I only wish I would have had some encouragment when I started this venture. It takes no more time that a trip to the store to get disposables and think of the environment and the $ saved. It justifies the ridiculous stroller and diaper bag I bought for my 3rd child. I love these cloth diapers. It is one area where I know I'm doing the right thing! I have 30 and wash about every 4 days. The sprayer is a must!!! My son is 10 months and I think that despite my hesitations, they will actually last until potty training -- amazing.

I absolutely love this diaper! I'm quite upset that I didn't use them earlier. I initially started with prefolds when my son was born, but got lazy and went to disposables when my husband deployed. My poor baby had diaper rash after diaper rash so I decided I needed to really go back to cloth and used prefolds. Just for kicks, I ordered a three pack to see how they work. My mom, who clothed my sister and I, was more amazed than I was and made the comment that she wished these were around when we were in diapers! I just ordered more to complete my set. My son is 14 months old and 28 pounds. These have been the only diaper that has truly fit him well and those mean diaper rashes were gone within 36 hours because there is no moisture on him! They are much more absorbent than any disposable I ever used and I used them all! :)

We purchased our bumGenius 3.0 diapers for our 2nd and 3rd children (21months and 2 weeks). We had used another cloth diapering system where we had multiple sizes of diapers for our first and second, and when they wore out, we were excited to find a diaper that would work for both of our kids in diapers! They are very easy to use, and my husband will even grab these to pack in the diaper bag instead of disposables!! They wash easy and dry (I line dry) quick compared to the last diapers we used. Just like anything with velcro, make sure it is securely fastened before washing, or you will end up with a tangled mess! I LOVE these diapers, and look forward to buying more!

I have 2 friends who use these diapers and they convinced me to try them out. I was nervous at first about having to wash them and using the special detergents, but I decided to give it a try. I have to say I'm so glad I did! I couldn't be happier with these diapers. I have been using them on my 9 week old daughter for about 5 weeks now and they work great. I have never had a leak, they keep my daughter dry, they wash beautifully and any minor stains that might be left after washing, an afternoon in the sun takes them right out. Even my husband likes these diapers! I use the Bum Genius detergent with them as well and it works great and lasts a long time (I have a front loading washing machine). I would recommend these to anyone who was considering using cloth diapers because they are so easy to use and work so well.
